Strawberries and Cream Quinoa
Ingredients:
3/4 c. Quinoa
2 c. Strawberries, quartered
2 Tbsp. Agave, honey, or sugar in the raw
1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
pinch salt
1/4 c. Fat-free half and half
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Here's what you do:
- Rinse Quinoa and prepare according to package. Drain well and keep warm.
- In a large saucepan, combine strawberries, sweetener, cinnamon and salt. Heat over low-med heat until warmed. Stir in the half and half and heat through. Add in the quinoa and vanilla.
- Divide into 4 bowls and ENJOY!
