Healthier Pancakes
Ingredients:
1-1/2 c. Whole wheat pastry flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. Canola oil
2 c. Lowfat milk
2 tsp. Baking soda
1/2 c. Wheat germ

Natural applesauce and fresh fruit (berries!!)

What to do:
In a medium bowl, mix eggs with oil and low fat milk.
Heat griddle over medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour or scoop battre onto the griddle. Brown on both sides, turning once (after bubbles appear on the surface).
**About 10 servings will be made from this recipe.
